Welcome to the website of Howard County Collaborative Professionals (HCCP).  We strive to provide a respectful and dignified means of negotiating a settlement of all issues relating to your separation and/or divorce.
 
The goal of Howard County Collaborative Professionals (HCCP) is to help you come to settlement without litigation.  HCCP is an association of specially trained attorneys, mental health practitioners, and financial professionals who are committed to the principles and practice of Collaborative Family Law.

Our mission is to:

•    Promote the use of the Collaborative Law process to the professional community;

•    Provide Collaborative Family Law services in Howard County and its surrounding
     areas;

•    Promote professional excellence of its members through continuing education in
     Collaborative Family Law; and,

•    Foster a community of cooperation, knowledge, and trust among its members.
